So...in London your washer is your dryer and your dryer is your washer. Confused? So is our dryer. Apparently there is 1 machine that does both the washing and the drying. Sounds great right?! Put it in dirty, comes out clean and dry. WRONG.
Apparently dryer's in the UK have identity crisis because our dryer really wishes it could be a washer because it sure doesn't dry anything!
Literally, our clothes will come out "burning our hands" hot after 3 full hours in the "dryer" and be SOAKING WET.
So in addition to the wee tiny apartment are mounds of clothes on hangers, chairs, couches, doors, etc. attempting to "air dry" - I would take a picture but I'm too embarrassed we will end up on the TLC show about getting your fithy house clean.
Here's to hoping we get a place with an "identity crisis free" washer and dryer.
