It happened again this morning, first thing I meet someone from South Africa…
“ Anne”
“Ian?”
“No, AAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEE”
“ Nice to meet you IIIIAAANNN”
WAGHHHHH (tear, tear)
The good news is that our phone gets set up tomorrow!!! Which means I can call the US anytime and its only £5 extra a month on our phone bill. Isn’t that amazing!? I’m so excited!! I bet my phone will get hooked up at 10am and I’ll immediately call my mom and it will be like 4am her time. I can just hear it…..
“ANNE! – Are you okay?”
“ Yep, I just got a phone – what’s going on? Doing anything fun?!”
Mom – I promise I will try to restrain myself until at least noon my time. After that, all bets are off! (But, seriously I have talked Burr's ear off for the past 2 weeksand I think he is just as excited for me to get a phone as he is to have peace and quiet again - haha!)
